Welcome to our new SchoolDude support page!
This'll hopefully be a "one-stop" place to get answers and information about our
new SchoolDude implementation.
With the start of the 2008-09
school year, FCUSD has moved its online work order entry
system to a product called SchoolDude. Our
new plan is intended:
-
to let any authorized FCUSD
employee enter a work order directly, and be able to
electronically track that;
-
to have someone at each site
who can either approve the work order, and send that on
to Maintenance or ETIS to complete, OR choose to do that
him or herself (say, the custodian or the Site Tech
Manager); and
-
to speed up services by
making it easier for school or district support staff to
quickly get information directly from or communicate
with requestors; and
-
to make it easier for all
our users to see the current status of their work
orders.
We've carefully documented
instructions to help walk you through the process of
setting up your own account and entering a work order the
first time or two. If after reading the
instructions, you still need help, please contact the
ETIS or Maintenance and Operations Dept.
NOTE:
Don't forget - You must use the log-in information in the
instructions
to access the system -- NOT your network login and
password!
