Welcome to the Folsom Cordova Unified School District Before and After School Student Care Program home page. We hope that this website will provide you with important information about our program.
Our mission is to provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where the lives of students can be enriched both socially and educationally. The goal of the FCUSD Extended Day Care Programs is to provide a quality before and after school program to parents that is accessible, convenient, safe, and affordable. Our centers are located on 15 elementary campuses in both Folsom and Rancho Cordova. We provide a program which meets the educational, cultural, and social needs of the community. Program services are provided in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner in a secure environment that is supervised by well-educated, caring adults. We encourage the enhancement of self-esteem and self-worth of students, introduce them to new experiences, build on learned skills and provide opportunities to help students build meaningful relationships with other students and the adults who oversee the program.
All registration takes place in the Student Care Office in Rancho Cordova. Please be sure to bring the information to fill out your child's emergency card, verification of income if the household income is less than $3,800 per month before taxes, and a method of payment. Please be aware that we are not set up to do short term (2-4 weeks) care.
WE WILL NO LONGER BE HAVING WINTER BREAK OR SPRING BREAK CARE AVAILABLE BEGINNING WITH THE 2017/2018 SCHOOL YEAR.
We are no longer accepting registration for the 2016/17 school year. We are open Monday through Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
