    Graduation Information

    The Class of 2017 Graduation Ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, May 25, 2017, at    7:00 p.m. in the Prairie City Stadium.  Each graduate will receive seven tickets; five on the home side; two on the visiting side.  Tickets will be distributed to the graduating senior on Wednesday, May 24th.   For complete details, click here:

    It’s a fun, supervised and sober graduation celebration for all Folsom High School graduating seniors. FHS seniors want to celebrate with friends on graduation night. Our team prepares and plans throughout the year in order to make that celebration spectacular...and safe.

    Our Sober Grad Night has top-notch entertainment, great food, exciting prizes (including cash), a fun casino and lots of interactive games. This is made possible because of the continuing support of our community members and businesses.

    The event takes place immediately following the graduation ceremonies on May 25, 2017. Doors open about 9 p.m. and continues through the night, ending at 4 a.m.  The price of admission includes an official Sober Grad T-Shirt, Hypnotist Show, All-You-Can-Eat & Drink, Games, DJ, Prizes and Special Gifts. Students do not receive an actual ticket. The Sober Grad T-Shirt is their ticket for admission.

  • Summer School

    Folsom-Cordova families:

    In efforts to clear up any confusion about summer school for middle and high school students, please review the important information below:

    • Summer School for Middle and High School is located at Cordova High School from June 5th-June 30th.
    • Middle School hours are 8am-12:15pm; High School hours are 8am-2:35pm.
    • Transportation is available, please locate transportation applications and schedules at
    • Students that have submitted a summer school registration form to their counselor are given a spot in summer school.
    • Students that are registered for the first session will pick up their summer school schedules on June 5th before classes start. 
    • Students that are registered for the second session will pick up their summer school schedules on June 19th before classes start.

    Late Summer School Registration will take place on June 2nd at Cordova  High School Counseling Office from 10:00am-1:30pm.

    Incoming Seniors

    To schedule an appointment for the Citrus Heights or Elk Grove studios, visit:

    Senior Portraits may be taken with a photographer of your choice.  However, publication of your senior photo in the yearbook requires a photo with Prestige Studio, either at the Citrus Heights, Elk Grove studios or at a later date on campus.

    For the "yearbook only" pose, Prestige will take two poses (tux or drape photo) and provide the image retouched for the yearbook. There is no sitting fee for the "yearbook only" pose session and no charge for students to choose their pose selection.     This is a friendly reminder that if your student needs transportation to

    Cordova High School for Summer School,

    your application must be submitted to the

      Folsom-Cordova Unified School District Transporation office.
