Kindergarten & New Student Registration

Please stop by the school office and pick up a packet! Registration for kindergarteners and all new students began 1-23-17 and is on a first come, first served basis. 
Registration is a two step process and can only be completed by first picking up a packet. When returning the completed packet, please bring your child's birth certificate, immunizations and your current address verification of either a SMUD or PG&E bill or a copy of your lease agreement. Packets will not be accepted without these items. 
Step two of the registration process is on-line. After returning your completed packet, you will receive an email from Please follow the steps to complete registration. 
Welcome back to school letter letters will be sent home between the last day of school and the first day of school.
Parents name not on the lease or bill:  Please ask for an Affidavit of Residency when picking up a packet
School Choice: If you would like to choice to another school in our district, please ask for a School Choice form when picking up your registration packet. School Choice is based on space and Principal approval. Notification of acceptance will be sent out by the district in May.
Overflow: Space is limited at Cordova Meadows. If we do not have room for your child at our school, we will notify you and find a space for your child at another school.
