Students who have not submitted proof of this vaccination will not be allowed to receive their schedules. It is advised to submit the documentation before the end of the school year to increase the chance that it is processed before schedule pick-up.

From the Health Office:

Parents must pick up any medicines that have been brought into the health office before May 31. If any medicines are left in the office after this date, the district must PAY to discard them. We are NOT able to send them home with your student or discard them.
